ABOUT ENVIROTUTOR
EnviroTutor is an online review program for the Philippine Sanitary Engineering Licensure Examination. It is built for graduates who want a clear plan, steady practice, and honest feedback on where they stand before exam day.
Many of our reviewees are working graduates fitting review around a job. Others are retaking the exam and want to fix what went wrong the first time. Both groups need the same thing: someone who can explain the hard topics plainly, test them under board-type conditions, and show them exactly what to work on next.

All EnviroTutor reviews run in Enhanced Virtual Mode, which means the program is fully online. There are no face-to-face classes, so you can review from home, from work, or wherever you have a stable connection, without spending time and money on travel to a review center.
Online does not mean studying alone with recorded videos. Each part of the review is designed to keep you active and accountable:

MEET YOUR REVIEWER:
Engr. Ervin Senson
EnviroTutor is led by Engr. Ervin P. Senson, a Civil Engineer, Sanitary Engineer, and Master Plumber. He has taught Environmental and Sanitary Engineering at Mapúa University for more than three decades and began preparing examinees for the Sanitary Engineering Licensure Examination in 1996.
For you, that experience shows up in the way topics are taught. He has worked on water supply and sewerage systems, wastewater treatment, sewage treatment plant operations, and environmental impact assessment, so exam problems are explained with the context of how these systems work in practice. That context makes formulas and concepts easier to remember under exam pressure.
He has held technical and leadership roles with the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System and Maynilad Water Services, and has served as an Environmental Impact Assessment Review Committee member for the Environmental Management Bureau of the DENR.
education & Licenses
Engr. Senson holds a BS in Civil Engineering (1981) and a BS in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering (1983) from Mapúa Institute of Technology, and completed graduate studies in Sanitary Engineering at National University. He passed the Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, and Master Plumber licensure examinations and is a DENR-accredited Pollution Control Officer.

He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, the Philippine Society of Sanitary Engineers, and the Philippine Institute of Plumbing Engineers.
